Terms Of Service

By booking a reservation, you are expected to comply with the terms on this page. If the Terms of Service are broken at any time during booking or shooting I do have the right to deny a reservation or withdraw my service. These terms are non negociable, and I will not hesitate to turn down business if I see fit.

Payment

1. Payment must be provided from the client to recieve images from me. I will not "send in advance" or accept IOUs. Partial payment can be worked out on a case per case basis, or on bookings that exceed $100.

2. In the case of bad weather or any other extraneous circumstances, I will offer a rescheduling or full refund.

3. If you are interested in a photoshoot outside of my allotted areas and have talked to me about it, a travel fee may be added to the final cost in extreme cases.

4. If at any point photos do not meet expectation as agreed on by both parties, price will be adjusted to account for and I will offer a discounted reshoot.

Delivery

1. After a photoshoot, I will immediately begin the photo sorting and editing process.

2. For most orders, I should be able to finish editing after about a couple of days. However, if your shoot was a longer/more difficult shoot, it may take me longer to finish editing as there is more to edit.

I will turn down photoshoots on the basis of:

1. Hateful imagery or messages including:

   • Stickers/liveries on vehicles

   • 'Symbolic' Hate Tattoos

   • Props or actions being photographed

   • Promoting hateful messages

2. Ideas for super low light: I am not confident in offering nighttime photography currently to photoshoot clients.

3. If the event is related to illegal street racing/takeovers.

4. If you think I won't allow it, you can always ask.
